Okay, got tickets to the "lawn" of a concert venue (cheap seats in the grass). is it cool or not cool to bring folding camp chairs? I am thinking it would be harder to see sitting on a blanket, and less comfortable, but the whole camp chair thing is kind of like mom watching the soccer game....
Yes, there will be standing and dancing, but hey, yeah, chairs.

It will be a pain in the butt to bring chairs, people on the lawn are generally going to be drinking a lot and dancing and if you are sitting down(even in a chair)you probably wont be able to see. Depending on who you are going to see there may be mosh pits and people crowd surfing. Also, watch out for flying shoes,bottles,etc. Most venues do not allow outside food or drinks.
Are you also going to find out what the other girls are wearing because that would be so embarrassing to find another girl wearing the same outfit as you. be serious and bring a lawn chair for crying loud. cut me a break already.

Some 'lawn seat' venues do not allow chairs as they may be used as weapons or be thrown. Seriously! they wouldn't let us bring chairs for a Jimmy Buffet concert.
no chairs . it would be too much of a bother too carry them around get them in and out of your car , not too mention keep up with them in a crowd
dont take anything but yourself and your ticket
maybe some candy laced-LSD.. since its an outdoor festival
no chairs- you'll block other people's views and they'll get pissed.
i would do it. as long as your with you friend i think its cool
